C’est au Népal, un pays économiquement pauvre et particulièrement touché par la pollution, à la source de la sagesse bouddhiste que les sœurs jumelles Constance et Lesly Cousin ont cherché la réponse.
Elles nous mènent sur les hauteurs de l’Himalaya, en connexion avec le 8ème plus haut sommet du monde : le Manaslu.
Ces exploratrices du monde et de notre propre monde, proposent un documentaire réalisé intégralement au smartphone de manière spontanée, au fil de rencontres challengeantes et inspirantes.

Many of us are in search of happiness. But what is happiness, and how can we achieve it?
Twin sisters Constance and Lesly Cousin set out to find the answer in Nepal, an economically poor country and particularly affected by pollution, at the source of Buddhist wisdom.
They take us to the heights of the Himalayas, in connection with the 8th highest peak in the world: Manaslu.
